Holidays in a cottage in Italy’s South Tyrol

The peaceful apartments in this lovely cottage in Italy’s South Tyrol offer two separate bedrooms with double bed and Sat-TV, two bathrooms with floor-level shower or bathtub, living room with couch, Sat-TV, Wi-Fi, safe, a fully furnished kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave and a terrace of ca. 50m² with breath-taking views of the valley. This cottage in Italy, the Art & Nature Chalet Anna, was built according to latest standards, offering a great example of sustainable architecture.

The prices are per day and chalet for two persons, excl. local tax. With a minimum stay of 8 days, you enjoy 5% discount. During bank holidays, we accept weekly bookings only; offers for shorter periods upon request. Pets: 16 euro per day without food. On arrival day, the apartment is available for you after 2 pm. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.

In the mornings, we surprise you with a lovely breakfast basket, including South Tyrolean butter, three types of jams, honey, a selection of fresh bread, yoghurt, eggs, cornflakes, muesli, seasonal fruit, cold cuts, juice, milk, coffee and tea. If you have any food intolerances, please let us know when booking and we will prepare a special breakfast basket for you. 

Our cottage in Italy is located in the sunny locality of Scena/Schenna, in peaceful location with heavenly panoramic views. At this dream of a cottage in Italy you can reach the enchanting spa town Merano/Meran, local alpine huts and mountain restaurants and the fascinating summits of the Texel Group nature park in no time at all. With about 2,200 hours of sunshine per year, Scena/Schenna is one of the sunniest places in South Tyrol. If you spend your holidays here, you are in for some sun-kissed and colourful days filled with action, delight and culture. 

The region surrounding Merano/Meran is a veritable active holiday paradise. Explore this Mediterranean part of South Tyrol during your holidays at our lovely cottage in Italy. The mountains are ideal for hiking and biking, but also the valley offers a great deal of attractive sights and possibilities: golfing, swimming, tennis, fishing, rafting, Nordic walking... Start with the traditional festivals such as Merano WineFestival or Merano Music Weeks; continue with the fascinating museums and impressive castles and forts; and finish off with entertaining themed walks and the unique gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle... In South Tyrol, there is something to see at every corner!

We accept bookings by post, telephone, fax or email. The right of withdrawal does not apply according to Consumers’ Code (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) However, we offer the following cancellation conditions: Up to 40 days before arrival, no cancellation fee applies. Up to 14 days before arrival, the cost of up to 3 days applies; less than 13 days before arrival, or in case of early departure, the cost of up to 5 days applies. We do recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
